Talking about the struggles that Americans face in this recession, Obama said, " I hear about them in the letters that I read each night. The toughest to read are those written by children ..."
And I thought, well, yeah. Their handwriting and spelling can make it nearly impossible sometimes.
Bwahaha!
ReplyDeleteI wish I could have such humor when listening to Obama's speeches....
I guess it's either laugh or cry.
When I view Obama's speeches, I usually listen to the words that he speaks as just words because most of what he says are only for the moment. I still think that he has no idea what he stands for....he just adapts to the pressure of the moment. I also just look at good ole plugs Biden and ping-pong eyed Pelosi sit there and pop up like jack-in-the boxes. I think she has dry eye sydrome based on how many times she blinks per second. The whole situation is pathetic but I think the nation is waking up, especially if the liberal state of Mass elects a Republican. At least there should be some gridlock in Congress, which is good.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous,
ReplyDeleteDo you really believe gridlock in Congress is good? How as a Nation can we move forward if our Congress stays gridlocked? And if the political parties' situation were reversed w/Republicans taking the upper hand instead of Democrats, would you be making the same statement of gridlock in Congress is good?
You see? Proof again that the previous president was even better than the current one! Bush had NO problem reading the childrens letters. Matter of fact, I think he preffered them!
