I think we've reached the tipping point for phone sizes. For years manufacturers have been working to get smaller and smaller. But now, believe it or not, the phones are starting to grow again. People want more screen real estate, more pixels, more resolution.
Soon we are going to be holding LCD monitors to our heads.
