An old friend was born in Norway and is named Sveinung – but
he goes by Sven. He shared this the other day:
So I says, “Hello Marvin, I’m Sven.”
Marvin says, “Swen?”
Me, "Sven."
“Oh, Vance?” questions Marvin.
“No. It’s Sven,” I say.
Marvin shakes his head and mutters, “Tell my wife, bad ear …”
His wife says, “I’m Judy.
His wife says, “I’m Judy.
I say “I’m Sven.”
Judy says, “Hi Stan,” and mutters, "that wasn't so hard"
